I’m 6′2″ and 175 pounds.
I am involved in my NJROTC PT team, we do bodyweight exercises everyday and we lift once a week but it is all lower weight with reps in the 15-25 range. ( LOTS of circuits)
I have 13 inch arms and I would like to get stronger and have a more cut and muscular look yet still be competitive when it comes to doing lots of pushups, situps, dips and pullups.
Any tips or work out plans would be very helpful.
